SERENITY ECO LUXURY TENTED CAMP

This luxury tented hotel takes glamping to an all new level with their stunning Bali inspired decor, breathtaking beach club, and chic safari-style tents.

I had always wanted to give glamping a try and we visited Mexico I finally had the perfect excuse to give one a try! Our trip was during a snowstorm in Boston, so our flights were delayed and our stay was extended by three nights. So, we needed to find a reasonably priced hotel to stay at for an additional three nights that wouldn’t break the bank, and we were looking for somewhere different than the last few properties we had stayed at. Enter: The Serenity Eco Luxury Tented Camp in Xpu Ha.
This place is glamping to the extreme. We entered this brand new property and were greeted with a simple, yet intricately decorated lobby tent. We were then taken to our room through winding paths through lush plants and Balinese inspired décor. Upon reaching our tent; we were impressed with the size of it! We had an awesome front porch, a very comfortable king sized bed, and an awesome, rustic bathroom with a conch shell faucet!
“The mesmerising Balinese inspired decor and remote tents will carry you away to bliss and inspire you to be disconnected.”

These types of accommodations may not be for everyone, but if you are looking to relax- this is the place. It’s very natural feeling, while still giving you the room accommodations of a 5 star hotel.
The beach is a bit of a walk away, probably about a half- mile. Distant as it may be, it is well worth the walk. This is one of the most gorgeous beaches we went to while in Mexico. The sand is powder soft, the water is clear & flat, and there is amazing snorkeling right off the beach. The hotel has an awesome set up on the beach including beds, loungers, umbrellas, and a bar with swings!
The theme of the entire resort is Balinese with a giant Buddha face as a backdrop to the pool, gorgeous Buddha heads around the property, antique, hand carved doors, vintage luggage scattered around, lamps imported from Bali, and more. The décor really is unique and stunning and make for some amazing photos.

The things that set this hotel apart from others is the amaxing décor, quiet & relaxing atmosphere, and the incredible staff. There is also an included breakfast which was one of the best breakfasts I had ever had!
